Facts about frozen shoulder
An inflammation that appears on the capsule of the humerus or also known as adhesive capsulitis is a condition known as frozen shoulder. This is a very loose joint capsule. The tissue that connects becomes inflamed and stiff.



Generally, frozen shoulder appears on one shoulder at a time. You have limited range of moving and feeling the stiffness and tightness.
The constant pain becomes worse when the time is colder or in the night hours.  This is a very serious condition and if it is not treated on time a person who suffers from frozen shoulder cannot be able to lift the arm at all.

Beetroot juice
Beetroot is rich in carotenoids, ascorbic acid, phenolic acid, betalains, and flavonoids. Flavonoids as potent antioxidant and armed with anti-inflammatory properties are effective redactors of oxidative stress and occurrence of chronic inflammation.

Ingredients:
Six large beetroots – don’t peel just cut off both ends and clean it under running water. Juice the beet with the peel

One lemon- do the same, no peeling just cut off both ends and cut into quarters, juice it

1-inch ginger root.

Preparation:
Clean and cut the plants put them in a juicer and that is all. From this amount, you should obtain 1 liter/quarter of fresh juice.

Note:  for the starters who have never drunk beetroot before should take a small amount of the juice. If your body is showing some kinds of reactions make sure to drink lots of water after the juice.  Increase the amount gradually day after day and you can prepare your body for the next time.

Pineapple juice
Pineapples are loaded with bromelain, the enzymes with analgesic properties. This enzyme acts useful in conditions like chronic inflammation and diseases. A large number of nutrients all together with the enzymes can act as an actual painkiller.

Ingredients:
  • 1 pineapple- cut the crown and the thorny peel than cut the yellow flesh into small pieces.
  • 6 pieces of celery
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1-inch ginger root
  • A pinch of cayenne pepper


Preparation:
All of the ingredients put them in a juicer and prepare the juice. As simple as that you will get 1 liter/quart of the juice.

How long and how much to drink:
Depending on the condition you should make your dosage.  The best recommendation is to drink one liter per day, divided into three portions. One cup in the morning, one in the afternoon and one in the evening always on empty stomach, 15 minutes before a meal.

Note: patients with health conditions like diabetes, yeast infection or low blood pressure should drink 500ml per day divided into two portions one in the morning and one in the afternoon of course on empty stomach 15 minutes before a meal.

Also, we should mention that inflammatory food should be reduced or not taken at all.

If you take prescribed medication, take it 2 hours apart from the juice.

Even after the first day, you can feel some improvements because the juices are so potent. Drink the juices until you feel that the pain is completely eliminated. This may take from 3 to 14 days.
